ADVERTISING PHOTOGRAPHY /// MEDIUM FORMAT /// MOTION CONTROL
PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY FOR ADVERTISING, SHOP AND CATALOGUE.
We photograph products of all kinds at our studio in Frankfurt – beverages, food, cosmetics, technology, automotive – from cut-out shop images to campaign visuals for ads, posters and websites. Plus people: models with product, teams, locations. The focus is on products.

Cut-out product images and series. Every camera position is saved – all products in a series are photographed from exactly the same angles, even when new ones are added months later.
The staged image: product, set, light, composition. For ads, posters, websites and trade fairs – still or with movement.
Splashes, drops, flames and flying parts are created for real in front of the camera, triggered by the robot. The high-speed flash freezes the movement.
Product in hand, beauty, lifestyle, team photos for website and press, locations. Casting via us or an agency – you are welcome to bring your own models.

CAMERA, ROBOT, FLASH.
Two camera systems: medium format with the Fujifilm GFX 100 II (102 megapixels) and full frame with the Canon R5. Which one we use depends on look and budget – not every image needs medium format.
WHAT ROBOT AND FLASH DELIVER.
SAVED CAMERA POSITIONS
The robot moves the camera to a position and saves it. Every further product is photographed from exactly the same angle and distance – today, tomorrow or in a year.
EFFECTS COME FROM THE ROBOT, NOT BY HAND
Compressed air, drop mechanism and camera are triggered together by the robot. The splash is in the same place on every attempt and is repeated until it is right.
THE FLASH FREEZES THE MOVEMENT
The high-speed flash is so short that a drop, a flame or a falling product stays razor sharp – movement the eye cannot see.
PHOTO AND FILM FROM ONE SET-UP
Set, lighting and camera move are the same as for the shoot. Photos for shop, print and social are taken on the shoot day.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SHOOT.
With the Fujifilm GFX 100 II (medium format, 102 megapixels) and the Canon R5 (full frame). Which one we use depends on look and budget.
For large formats such as posters or trade fair walls, for tight crops and when the finest gradations in material or skin matter. For shop images and social, full frame is often enough.
It moves the camera to a position and saves it. All products in a series are thus photographed from exactly the same angle. For effect shots it triggers compressed air, drop mechanism and camera together.
